In this webinar, officials from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance and National Reentry Resource Center explain the FY2017 Second Chance Act Statewide Adult Recidivism Reduction Strategic Planning Program solicitation and its application process. State correctional agencies (state departments of corrections or community corrections) or State Administering Agencies (SAAs) are eligible to apply for this grant, which will provide funding for agencies to develop strategic plans that address their state’s recidivism drivers and includes effective strategies for reducing recidivism and enhancing public safety.
